Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship to all 50 US states via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Standard (5-8 business days): $5.99 or FREE on orders over $50
- Express (2-3 business days): $12.99
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Pre-order items ship according to the estimated release date. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns are free for defective or incorrect items.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us through the contact form or email support@manchld.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Funds appear on your original payment method within 3-5 additional business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Limited drop items, opened blind boxes, and custom/personalized items are final sale unless defective.
